Très mauvais accueil, personne à la réception aucune indication sur les activités à faire, nous indique qu'il faut payer pour le petit déjeuner alors qu'il est compris, essaye de nous faire payer la chambre alors qu'elle est déja payée. Ne vous attendez pas à loger dans les chambres sur pilotis présentes sur les photos elle n'existent plus Pour aller à Sauraha, la voiture de l'hotel coute 500roupies...

Wonderful peaceful location

The location of The Wildlife Resort is wonderful. From our balcony and from the viewing area we were mesmerised by the river, stunning views and sounds of the national park, and beautiful birds. We saw a crocodile swim past, watched the quiet early morning canoe trips and some elephants being driven across the river. The gardens were well maintained. We had some issues with the bedding, which were promptly addressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and the manager helped us arrange a Jeep safari. It’s a half hour walk out of the town or short taxi ride. While it was inexpensive we would have been prepared to pay more for it to to benefit from investment in its condition and cleanliness.

Don't book your Safari at the Hotel

Pour : The restaurant staff and river views.
Contre : The food and room cleanliness.
Emplacement : Its is a great location.
We made the mistake of booking our Chitwan program with the staff member who has a noticeably large gap in his teeth. He is the kind of person that will take advantage of the guests rather than hosting and offering great customer service. He offered us overpriced programs without licensed guides which is against current laws. Stay away from this guy and hotel for employing him.

Dear Sir , Thanks a lot for your feedback .... I am now a new manager and That guy has already fired ....Now he does not work with us any more . We are very sorry to hear this.
