Cozy little cabin !
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and I enjoyed staying at this cabin over the 4th of July holiday. The listing accurately describes it. The cabin was very clean, smelled very nice, and had everything we needed in terms of amenities for our short two-day stay.
The property manager was amiable and quick to answer all my questions. A++! The hot tub was terrific!!!! I definitely will be looking to book this cabin in the future when we come back to the Helen area. Thanks again.

Weekend Stay

And to top it off the hot tub and check in was very nice and relaxing and check in was super quick, simple and convenient! We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back SOON !

Lack of cleanliness
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe room is extremely dusty, had several spiderwebs, and had a smell of urine (possibly animal). I tried to stay the two nights, but couldn’t do it because of the health concern of inhaling so much dust! The host and the VRBO ‘s mindset is only if you could have contacted the host -she/he could have cleaned the cabin, if I’m not mistaken, this needs to be done before my arrival not once I arrive. The lack of consideration and lack of accountability is the reason I will never use VRBO and I would never recommend this cabin to anyone. Stay clear from this place/host, you are better off going to a hotel.

Wow! This guest was extremely rude and difficult.
The cabin is very clean and absolutely NO urine smell! We thoroughly clean after each rental. As you can see by our other reviews, we do a great job of taking care of our guests.
We also tried to accommodate her by taking care of the so called issues but couldn’t because the guest didn’t inform us until after she left the night before she was scheduled to leave. We even offered to move her to a different cabin.
It is Extremely rare to have to endure such a difficult person and we are grateful that the majority of our guests are kind and choose to be understanding if we happen to miss a cobweb( we are in the woods and they pop up occasionally)
We are a small and owner run business and we take our guests comfort very seriously. We do go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
Unfortunately, our kindness and attention is not enough for everyone.
Please check out the other reviews and don’t let one unhappy person influence your decision.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times. TV is limited to your personal streaming services. The area seemed very safe. Just a short distance from Helen.

The cutest cottage. Perfect for a couple wanting to getaway from city life.
Publié le 2 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time in this chqrming tiny cottage. The hot tub was steaming hot and so nice to relax in after all the walking around helen and trails. Fits only a couple or tiny family so it was perfect for us and our dog. Basically studio size. The water falls are down the street and helen was 10 min tto the little shops and restaurants. The host there seems sweet and helpful. Its even cuter than the pics shown.. Will be back!
