This Villa is just fantastic. It's really as good as the photos and is just a wonderful place to stay. We loved the peacefulness of the location, and the pool is amazing - just the right size for 8 of us. The kitchen is so well equipped, and the living room is really comfortable. Prior to us arriving Miriam - the owner was great in communicating quickly and efficiently in answering queries or advising on logistics of arrival. She very kindly arranged for some kids beach toys to be at the villa as my 4 year old daughter was desperate to make sandcastles on the beach. Similarly, Serina, the local contact for the property was amazing in making arrangements for our arrival and despite our late arrival (after 2am due to delays of flight and a long queue at the hire car place) waited for us to arrive and was wonderful in getting us checked in and making sure we had all we needed. Serena was always quick to respond to minor questions on how something worked or queries with the bins etc. She quickly (like within hours!) got us some bases for the umbrellas so we could sit round the pool in some shade. The location is rural and you definitely need a car to enjoy the area. We went on various day trips to Lecce, Locorotondo & Alberobello, and Matera, all of which I would recommend. We went to the beaches, but it was the shoulder season (late May) not everywhere was open. We loved Casa Ban and I recommend it without any hesitation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

La casa è davvero stupenda e anche l’assistenza

Casa perfetta in posto perfetto, immerso nella Manduria a pochi chilometri dal mare (chiaramente serve macchina o altro per spostarsi). Stupenda esperienza. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve per passare una vacanza in Puglia. Ottima location per rilassarsi con piscina bellissima. Grazie delle info e della disponibilità a Miriam e Serena ;-)

Eine einzigartige, wunderschöne Villa in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Außer Zirpen ist nichts zu hören! Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight, groß und, dank des netten italienischen Housekeepers, jeden Tag sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Miriam war stets zeitnah u überaus freundlich, ebenfalls mit der Verwalterin Serena vor Ort, die sofort reagierte, wenn uns was fehlte, wir Fragen hatten und uns stets gute Tips gab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca 10min mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Strand 15min. Die sehenswerten Städte Taranto, Lecce, Ostuni und Alberobello erreicht man nach ca 40-60min Fahrtzeit und sind einen Besuch wert. Wir haben uns mit 2 Familien, insgesamt 8 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt und uns prima erholt.
