Great staff, poorly planned out rooms
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsStaff was awesome. Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Need a bigger garbage can and the sliding door on the toilet area offers little to no privacy, that was a horrible idea. Sound I sulation was no. Existent. Street traffic was very loud. $35 to park is criminal.

A bit dirty and a dead roach

The towels were damp and there was hair from prior guests all over the counters in the bathroom and a dead roach on the floor under the table. I hate to give it a bad review bc the staff was kind, but I will not stay here again.

Great hotel

I didn’t like to much the way they divide the beds from the bathroom, everything else was really good… lady at front desk very helpful, and parking guys also very helpful and kind with me and my family… my son loved the pool and playing options at lobby area

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. It's within walking distance to River Street. The pool is indoors heated and 24hrs.
