Lobby and front desk area constantly smelled of marijuana/cannibus smoking…this was inside as if someone was smoking it in the immediate lobby front desk area. Cleanliness of room was not good…run down conditions. An absolute waste of our money.

This property was a 5 min walk to the River District. It's an old motel brought alive again by Best Western and they did a heck of a job! Will def be back to this property.

Location was good for walking to nearby restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing in the historic district. Property could use some maintenance, updates, and deep cleaning in the rooms. We informed front desk of specific plumbing issues upon checkout so hope they are addressed for the next guest.

When we got to the room the heater was in pieces. Toilet did not flush, shower dribbled. Charged $33 for parking and no parking spaces available.

I don't really like this kind of property, felt more like a motel due to the rooms being directly accesible to anyone who passes by and right in the parkimg lot. Breakfast was good, parking was expensive.

We were at the property for 3 nights. I understand that due to Thanksgiving they were not able to do any housekeeping on the day of thanksgiving, but there wasn’t any housekeeping done during the rest of our stay as well. This was dispute me asking and reminding it every day. Overall the breakfast was pretty good. The property is very close to the river walk and the historic downtown, which are major positives. They have parking onsite as well.

There were some issues. The onsite parking was not very clearly marked and the directions given by the clerk were not the most clear. Additionally, an hour before check-out housekeeping knocked loudly at the door to see when we were checking out. It was a bit rude.
