The place is no Ritz-Carlton, but you shouldn’t be expecting that if you book here anyway. The hotel is an independently operated by a small, tight-knit team. The rooms and lobby were clean and smelled nice, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast made each morning is prepared with care (again, it’s no five-star restaurant, but you can tell the lady making it did so with quality food). There are no bedbugs, smoke smells, or rodents. The elevator is questionable. There are two high quality sit-down restaurants owned by the same person right across the street which are affordable and have a family-friendly atmosphere. Additionally, this place is only six minutes from the airport - yet you will not hear a single plane flying. There is a small commerce center complete with an outlet mall, theatre, restaurants, a Walmart, less than ten minutes away as well. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend this place highly to anyone who is flying into SAV and is looking for a decent stay. *If you’re headed to Parris Island, it’s only an hour away on a highway which is close to the hotel.

Exceptional stay thanks to staff
This was an overnight stay for an early flight out of Savannah. The staff were exceptional as they accommodated my needs for a shuttle pick up and early drop off. Even when I apologized for not having cash for a tip (on Christmas of all days) Janine and Seth commented that my gratitude was thanks enough and wished me a Merry Christmas. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and perfect for my needs but having staff like this is what made my stay exceptional. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Blinds didn’t close completely. Used coathanger to get privacy. Sheets were too small for bed. Water took FOREVER to get warm. Security doorstop was stuck. Needed a smaller pillow option. Used a towel!

Okay but loud.
The room echoed with noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people talking in the rooms on either side of my room. At times it sounded like they were in my room. When I arrived, the door was standing wide open. I mentioned this to the front desk and the guy said its OK, room service sometimes forgets to close the door when they are done. I looked the room over and all seemed OK. I have stayed here many times and never have heard the rooms next to me, but this was the first time being on the first floor.

Nice, comfortable,clean, and friendly.
Great! Desk clerk(s) were friendly, approachable, and engaging. I was offered cookies. I asked about toothpaste, and he immediately gave me a small tube. For some reason I didn’t have my room card when I got to the room. I dumped my handbag and still couldn’t find it. So the clerk gave me another one and it was in a small envelope with room #.But I can swear I had one that was not in an envelope when he first gave me one. I was tired, so maybe I didn’t have one. Never found it. The only thing I do not like is the “hold” that is put on debit/credit card for “potential” room damage. Sometimes a “hold” maybe the last money a person has for their trip. Not all hotels/ motels put a “hold” on a persons “traveling money.” And it takes 2-3 days for this hold to be lifted. So take this into consideration when booking this hotel if you are low on cash and just need a place to stay for the night.

Nice stay. Attractive room with two queen size bed a micro wave fridge coffee maker breakfast server each morning hot tub and pool. They even had cookies for desert.
