The unit itself is nice, clean & quiet. I loved that we had a garage. However, the garage is not private; which was misleading. It is shared with another unit & does not directly connect to the home. You have to walk through a small closed in & gated (with locks) courtyard that leads to other units. One being upstairs from the rental & 2 above the garage. But we never saw anyone else in the garage or courtyard. The courtyard is dark at night unless you leave your rentals back entrance light on. The courtyard walkway stones are not safe as they are all uneven to & from the garage. We left a full day early because someone tried getting into the front door late at night right after I had entered the front door. I put door alarms on the front & back doors for safety reasons & I’m glad I did. The alarm scared off whoever tried to get in. Not long after that we heard 6 gunshots about a block or so away. That’s when we decided to pack up & leave early. I would suggest fixing the pavers in the courtyard before someone gets hurt & placing a deadbolt or some other 2nd form of security on the doors.

Great Stay
We were here on family vacation. This was a great place to stay. Enjoyed the location. It was a short walk to many parks and historical sites. Short 20 minute drive to the beach on Tybee Island. Loved the rental with the garage to park our car in.

Satisfied, but disappointed
Satisfied: The location of the property was fantastic and Savannah was beautiful (first time we've traveled to this city). Disappointed: However, the website description of the accommodations were misleading. The home had several issues that were not depicted in the photos and should have been addressed. Mainly, the bedroom carpet was absolutely disgusting and should be replaced. Two of the sofas were in such bad shape that they had placed fitted sheets on them to cover the seats and backs. The kitchen faucet had a crack in it and would spray directly at whoever turned in on and the two bar stools were too wobbly to sit on them safely. Finally, the garage was convenient, however, it is tight for an SUV.

Charming Condo in Historic Savannah
Enough space for 3 adults to spread out at the end of sightseeing filled days. Great that linens and kitchen essentials are provided. Only complaint would be the faux leather couches that are severely peeling, spent a lot of time picking pieces of couch off of our feet. Otherwise location is in a fantastic location, minutes from Forsythe Park, my friends and I all enjoyed our stay!

Nice but noisy
House was just as described. Beds were comfy and place was clean and perfect for two of us. Although walking distance to most places, it is a good walk (1 mile+) to the river. We had a car and chose to drive down on Sunday when parking is free. Also! If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in past 6:30 am, be warned that the people upstairs make a decent amount of noise clumping around. It’s like they never sat still and you can hear them pretty loudly moving around. I feel like that should have been disclosed in the listing. Garage and laundry were both nice features. I would stay here again if it wasn’t for the upstairs noise.

Taylor Street Savannah Adventure
305 W Taylor was a good choice for our budget & space requirements, offering 2/B 1/B on the ground level w/1 garage space. Our daughter, who arrived in a separate car had to find parking in the street, which took some careful planning, as there are many parking restrictions in Savannah. Getting in was a bit of a challenge, as W Taylor is a busy one-way street & it was raining, so hopping out through puddles to get the garage remote was challenging. The condo is pretty much like it was when purchased several years ago, & had only a raised counter for eating. The 2 couches were covered with white fitted sheets, which were a bit unwieldy but comfortable enough & the cloth love seat was good for watching TV. There were good instructions for using the remotes, which made a huge positive difference, as we like to watch in the evenings. The bathroom is old but fine except for having to hold down the toilet handle until the bowl empties. The bedrooms were comfortable & nice sizes. The smaller one has a glass paned door to the back courtyard & garage entry, & the light just outside stays on all the time, so it’s not totally dark for sleeping in that room. We did not cook or wash clothes, but all the appliances seemed nice enough. Luckily all of us are used to walking a lot, because it’s almost a mile north to the downtown area where the restaurants, shopping & the Savannah Riverfront are located. We were only home in the evenings, & the location worked well for getting all our steps.

Very Cute & Efficient Property
Our family spent a couple of days in this property and the location was great. We had children with us, so it was far enough away from the noise and crowds but still close enough to walk to everything. Very close to Forsythe, Jones St. and the Railroad Museum. The garage was very convenient. This property is great for families looking to explore Savannah.

Fantastic location
This was a perfect space for me and my daughter to stay for 2 nights. The location is easy to find and within walking distance to everything in the city. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a secure garage to park one car. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Get away to Savannah
We chose this property to get away for our 41st wedding anniversary. Did not like the fact that we got instructions the morning of our rental. Would have preferred a day in advance. We are planners. Area was ok. You were rated highly and a premier host that was why we picked this property. However, the worn out, falling apart couches with a fitted sheet in them to cover the mess was not 5 star quality. And that goes the same for the carpets throughout. They Need a thorough cleaning!! Would have liked a bath towel that was actually a bath towel. And maybe one extra one. Also could not get tvs to work as we would have liked. The courtyard fenced in area was a disaster. Bricks were a hazard for walking, especially at night. This area was not at all like described in listing. Also the back door lock is not very well secured. Will probably not return or recommend to anyone. Would look for another property.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. The location was perfect and we had a very easy check in and Check out process. The couches are probably ready to be replaced as there was some peeling off. The sofa bed is best for one small person. It is uncomfortable for an adult.

Convenient and comfortable in historic Savannah
The apartment was very convenient for visiting all over the historic district. There are a few items in need of some TLC (pots and pans, dryer lint trap, kitchen faucet), but the living spaces were clean and comfortable. The garage was wonderful as it allowed us the freedom to come and go at will without having to search for parking and we had a comfortable mix of walking and driving to our activities during the stay. We like flexibility during visits and having a full kitchen with multiple driveable grocery stores nearby, plus available parking were all lovely.

Easter in Savannah
Very good location, short walk to Forsyth Park and 10-15 minute walk to the River. Quiet location and having the garage was great. Apt was neat and tidy and everything in order. We were missing some sheets for the pullout, and they were sent right over. Communication from the rental agency was very good. Couple of tweaks, the big couch in the living room is bonded leather and flaking badly and if you use that pullout, you end up with these flakes all over the living room. The rental is not a cheap price point, would expect the couches to be in better shape. Also, the brick walk way in the interior courtyard you use between the garage and the apt. The bricks have lifted badly and are a significant trip hazard especially at night. If they fixed those 2 issues I would return.
