First Floor Condo w/ Large Living Area in Historic Dist. by Lucky Savannah

Built in 1917 and ideally located just a few minutes walk from River Street, our Lucky Lincoln Condo comfortably accommodates four guests. You’ll have the convenience of a downtown hotel with double the space!

The home is uncluttered and modern, while retaining tons of historic charm including the original heart pine floors, crown molding, and ornamental fireplaces. The open floor plan is bright, cheerful and tastefully appointed with cozy furnishings and photos from the surrounding Historic District. The spacious living room has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for finally watching that movie you’ve been meaning to see. The living room opens to the dining room, which has seating for four. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped so you can enjoy a home cooked meal.

The bedrooms are down the hall, where you’ll also find the shared full bathroom with a pedestal sink. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a writing desk and closet. The second bedroom has a King bed with a rattan woven headboard.

This home is ideally located within a short walk to many of Savannah’s historic points-of-interest and incredible selection of dining options. Around the corner from the cutest gift shops - Salacia Salts' gift shop with Savannah-artist made gifts owned by Savannah's entrepreneur of the year (2019), Cup2Cup Coffee for a cup of joe, and Savannah's best thai restaurant (PJ's Thai). You’ll be well situated to explore Savannah’s rich history with the Owens Thomas House and the Davenport House Museum both just a block away.

The location was great for walking to everything you could want to do. However, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The upstairs neighbors were loud every single night, all hours of the night. And we found a used tampon applicator under one of the eds.

Wonderful location in Historic Savannah
Location great for walking around. So much to see in Savannah. Not easy to find a corner store for staple food items but easy enough to find breakfast places and dining out in the evenings. Little things could have been checked before our arrival - several light bulbs were not working! Overall good rating.

This was a great location. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. We were able to walk everywhere. Only inconvenience was access to a grocery store. We just walked there and took the trolley back. The unit is not as bright as pictured, but well maintained.

Overall, nice stay at property. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Location was walking distance to almost everywhere we went to over the weekend. The actual condo is much darker than the pictures in the listing and bathroom, barndoor can be finicky to open and close, and wifi was slow and unusable at the time.

Wonderful little place! Very comfortable and the location is perfect. Quiet at night but close to everything. Furniture and beds were comfortable, plenty of utensils for cooking, washer and dryer was convenient, everything worked well. Safe and charming place.

We were very happy with the location of this place! Loved that the living room was on one end and the bedrooms on the other! Made it nice for the early risers! Beds were pretty comfy! Living room was cozy! We could walk everywhere! Great location! Some suggestions would be blacked it curtains in rooms! There was no potholders or any spices. There wasn’t even salt and pepper so if your going to cook plan ahead! Only complaint is neighbors upstairs were loud at times! Friday night they were running and pounding at 3am! Was not impressed by that! All in all we would stay again!

Great Place!
Loved the location. The accommodations were great and overall acceptable. Could use some TLC on the carpet in the living room. What I did NOT like was I had to take care of the trash and put it in an outside dumpster and walk about a half a block to said dumpster. For the price I paid this should NOT be something a guest has to do!

Great Time on a Girl’s Weekend
Thanks for a great weekend!! We loved the location and the ease of checking in and out. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The only concern that we had was with the cleaning. We found two things that were left behind: a pair of underwear was on the floor near the refrigerator and a random wash cloth was left on one of the kitchen chairs.

Overall the stay was okay and met our handicap needs. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the riverfront and everyone is so friendly. Unfortunately, the couch and toilet seat had stains on it and the tv/internet connection was going in and out. Otherwise, very spacious and comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving week. Plenty of space for family of three. Furniture in good shape and comfortable. Broughton street is conveniently nearby, but without all the noise. The instructions for the door were incorrect and outer door malfunctioned a couple times, but we were able to figure it out. The bathroom barn door kept coming off the track. The floors around and under the bed are very dusty and need cleaning. Internet was slow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Correcting a few details would make it 5 stars.

With Savannah being one of our favorite cities to visit, it's even more enjoyable when the accommodations are great. This location is what you are looking for, within walking distance of all Savannah's historic and water front has to offer. You can not go wrong with this stay. Be advised that parking is a challenge and may require an addition expense (street and/or garage).

Amazing couples weekend and perfect location
We had a fantastic time staying at this property! The location was perfect and we walked to everything. The only feedback is that the instructions told us to go to the Welcome center for a parking pass but that was incorrect, we had to go to the mobile parking center to get it. Overall would highly recommend this place.

Do not trust the pictures!
The listing shows a bright, sunny apartment with beautiful light in every room. This is a hoax and false advertising of the worst kind. The actual apartment is a dark with rarely any natural light at all. The smaller bedroom is as dark at noon as it is at midnight! What looks like sunny charm is actually depressing gloom. Also only one window in one bedroom can be opened and it has no screen. The rest of the windows are painted shut so there was no way to have fresh air at night despite the lovely weather. This place can only be lived in by people who like and can tolerate AC very minus of every day. The apartment itself is adequate and the location is wonderful.
