The garden suite is a perfect romantic destination, ideal for a honeymoon or romantic anniversary weekend. The king size bed boasts an ultra comfortable mattress with linens provided. A large armoire and walk in closet provides ample storage. The large living area offers a comfortable sofa, a 40' flat screen TV with cable and a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is large and has a designer walk in shower with multiple shower heads and body washes.

Spacious eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave and granite countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality dinnerware, cooking utensils, wine glasses . Complimentary coffee for your first morning.
Located in one of the most prestigious homes in the landmark historic district directly on Forsyth. Built in 1870 for the city Treasurer John Williamson, the home is located directly on Forsyth Park next door to the Magnolia Hall Inn owned by the Savannah College of Art and Design and only steps away from the famed Forsyth Park fountain. Many shops, restaurants and cultural destinations are a short walk away. This is the ideal location for your visit to Savannah.

This property is beautiful. The location & neighborhood is perfect. The cleanliness not so great! The property manager never replied to my email requests to have the property cleaned. I explained the floors had dirt, dust and chips in the carpet. And the bathroom needed cleaning. No reply from the manager for the entire time of the stay. Very disappointing!

Had a lovely stay in the Garden Suite…perfect location for visiting Savannah. Garden Suite was perfect mixture of historical charm with modern amenities. The location was great for walking thru the historical district and enjoying what Savannah has to offer…

This place is excellent. The location is amazing. You are right across from the park. When you step out you can hear the fountain of Forsyth Park. The bed is very comfortable and you can feel the history of the mansion. Loved it here and we will hopefully stay here again on our next Savannah adventure.

This property is in a wonderful location and is very lovely! This is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on and the location is amazing! It is right across from Forsythe Park and a block from Merce-Williams house! Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the Vrbo, the look, size, location and especially the shower. It was within walking distance of almost all of historic Savannah. Our one comment would be that you should check supplies at the house before shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, plates and glasses and a few coffee pods, there was nothing else except salt and pepper.

Birthday Celebration!
The Garden Suite was a pleasant surprise because the pictures and the description simply couldn't capture the real beauty of the unit! It was larger than I expected and had everything we needed for our stay. One thing we appreciated was Forsyth Park was a simple walk across the street. The owner gave us specific directions to get to the unit and a lot of information on things to do and places to eat in the area. This was a great vacation!

Charming space in a superb location
Absolutely beautiful street level suite. Location was amazing directly across from Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere. Locals are very welcoming and seemed to appreciate having us there in their beautiful city. The suite is adorable and much larger than we expected. King size bed was awesome and the shower was HUGE! We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the kitchen but it seemed well appointed. Suite is quite dark which wasn’t an issue for us as we were out exploring the entire time. Parking was easy on the side street. We felt very safe in the location and I couldn’t get over how clean the city was. The only issue we had was with the renters in the upstairs, main floor suite of the house. From the sounds of it, the family had multiple small children who ran through the house screaming and jumping off of furniture. As an historic home, soundproofing was non-existent. They finally settled down around 11pm but it made falling asleep impossible. Not the owners’ fault but I hope those guests read this and realize that the behaviour of their children impacted others during their stay.

walkable Savannah location
Couldn't ask for a better location to station ourselves while in Savannah ... the adjacent Forsyth Park and it's fabulous fountain can't be missed ... the apartment is well appointed, has a strong Internet connection, and comfy bed. And thanks for the dimmers on so many light switches. The one negative is the noisy neighbors upstairs, mostly only during the early evening. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to perfect
The property was without a doubt perfect from the location to the look and feel of the apartment. The only 1 inconvenience was the first night when the residents upstairs arrived home at 12:30am then blasted karaoke until almost 2am. And due to the age of the home it’s not exactly sound proof above your head. If you can deal with the footsteps and conversation then it’s perfect. I would stay there again but I’d be more prepared.
