The pool deck was very slippery, my 3 year old slipped multiple times and hit his head. The coffee pot in the room was ziptied to the stand and there was no power outlet that it could reach so it was useless. The tv would turn on but wouldn’t load to watch basic cable or streaming services.

Had an excellent stay at the Bardo — incredible location, rooms, restaurant and pool were all spectacular, and the staff was beyond helpful.
