Une chambre à près de 300$cad (215€) très bruyante, le ménage a été fait superficiellement. L’accueil est déplorable…. Note = 0

Nice staff and very helpful but hard to get someone to answer room service. There weren’t any sheets for the pullout bed available and we called the front desk no one answered. No shower caps available

The staff was rude during check in and checkout, the elevator was out of service, the room smelled quite rank, the AC’s digital panel was broken and couldn’t regulate properly, and even though a do not disturb sign was on the door and checkout wasn’t until 11, the cleaning crew made sure to bang on the door repeatedly at 9:45. Lastly, they nickel and dime you with a $25 fee which they describe as a “destination fee.” When I asked, I was told it was because they are a premier destination. LOL! I booked this hotel because a friend stayed there a few years ago for a wedding, but it’s equivalent to a La Quinta or a poorly kept Econo Lodge. With all there bs fees they hit you with at the end, the pricing is comparable to much nicer hotels in the same area. Book the Desoto or River Inn. You’ll be glad you did, and your life will be better if you never spend a single night at the Indigo.

I am so sorry the housekeeping attempted to enter your room prior to your checkout, the room condition was poor & staff were not welcoming. Your frustration is understandable. I will ensure to address your concerns with our front office & housekeeping teams. The destination fee is similar to a resort fee which includes several amenities such as, 2 daily drinks at the bar, unlimited waters in the room, daily coffee in the lobby with fresh fruit, access to the fitness center, WIFI in the room & a 10% local discount at our neighborhood restaurants. If that was not explained on arrival, I will ensure to address that with the front office. Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at your earliest conveniences, we remain entirely at your disposal.Thank you for staying with us, we hope to welcome you back & provide the experience you were initially looking for.Kindest Regards,

I have stayed many times. The location is great. My only issue is that on my last visit i did not like my room. It was dirty and musty. The AC was loud so i had to change rooms. However on my prior visit the room was exceptional. I didnt like the inconsistency in that area.

Great location and the parking attendants were awesome. The ac unit didn’t work well.
