Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came into tour with our teenage daughter. We wanted to attend a game for the Savannah Bananas. We arrived and checked into our place. Everything was just as listed. Our first night we went on a ghost tour. Our second day we hit the town running walking everywhere and enjoying the sites and dinning all around town. Second night we went to Banana's game and after arriving home we couldn't want to get into bed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Check out was very easy. The place was located perfectly to everything we wanted to do. Easy to walk around the city. The place was very clean and just as pictured. I would recommend this place and stay again when in town.

Perfect location for exploring Savannah!
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our time in this very cool garden apartment. Very convenient and on a beautiful block. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the place was great.
We would have appreciated a few extra towels and clean linens and pillow cases for the sofa bed, but we made it work.

Terrible Service and Fleas
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI rented this same property in May, 2024 and was happy with the accommodations. Therefore I rented it again in June, 2024. This stay was plagued with issues. There were no bath towels when we arrived; I called immediately but did not receive those towels for three days. Early morning, we discovered there were fleas living inside the sofa bed; I called management at 5:40 that morning but did not hear from them until late the next morning.
The management said they could not locate an apartment for my family to move into. I told them I would not stay in this unit one moment more. I packed up and found another location for the final night of my rental period.
Management refused to reimburse me for the list nights or replacement cost.
I am u happy with Vacasa and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great Apartment - Great Location

Great Place!

Cute little cottage feel

The shower leaked water everywhere and some drywall needed to be repaired and re painted. These issues however did not really affect our stay and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others! An ice maker would have been a nice touch

We shared you comments with the local manager who assured us that our maintenance team will check on the shower and drywall. Cozy and quiet

Apartment was cozy with exposed brick walls and floor for old Savannah feel with modern amenities. Perfect place to rest and relax after touring the city. Only issue: shower did not drain properly leaving too much water on floor while showering. Overall would recommend; nice place.
