Extraordinary condominium home completely renovated from the ground up resulting in an exquisite, well-designed home with refined modern interiors and private courtyard. Located on Trustees' Garden between Savannah's Historic District and the newly built Eastern Wharf mixed use community. Tastefully appointed and thoughtfully designed for today's discerning traveler, features a main level bedroom suite with 2 additional bedroom suites upstairs. Finishes include Viking appliances, Carrera marble countertops, gas lanterns, coral stone and heart pine flooring, oversized showers with intricate tile work and glass enclosures, custom designed fireplace, arched openings, private courtyards. One covered off-street parking space available for 1 vehicle and additional street paid metered parking available in front of the home for additional vehicles.

The luxury condominium home has three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, new 50" flat-screen smart TVs, super-fast high speed wireless internet. Great property and location
Property description and photos are very representative. Great home with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Appears to have been recently remodeled with great appliances. Each bedroom is its own suite with comfortable king bed and awesome showers. We have stayed in a variety of properties in Savannah and this was first with a dedicated, off street parking spot. It was great to know you had a place to park without circling blocks and probably even better not worrying about which day of week street cleaning occurs so you don't get a ticket for parking on wrong side of the street. The outside seating area and grill were a nice surprise. Property is at eastern edge of historic district and is an easy walk to central historic area and river street. A small coffee shop is literally less than a minute away. No complaints/concerns and would definitely stay again if have the opportunity.

Plenty of space with three very comfortable en suite bedrooms for some alone time at the end of the day. Very clean. Owners were very responsive - we had a smoke alarm start beeping the first evening, one text and a maintenance person was there at 8:30 the next morning. Within walking distance of downtown. Would stay there again without question.

Perfect getaway
We were visiting Savannah for the first time as three couples. House is even more beautiful than the pictures. Every bedroom has a comfortable king bed with amazing pillows and it’s own modern bathroom. Location is ideal, easy walks to restaurants, shopping and river walk. The owners were very responsive. Any question or issue was immediately addressed. We’ve stayed at many homes and this was right up at top of the list! Highly recommend. We’d definitely stay again, no hesitation.

Great House for girlfriends trip!
House worked well for our group! It was easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Savannah, and then we had a nice place to relax and hang out in the evening. The beds were super comfortable and all the bathrooms have recently been redone. The only small piece of criticism I would give the house is that we did hear some traffic outside when we were sleeping. I wouldn’t say the road was busy, but the age of the house and the single pane windows probably contributed. We would definitely stay here again though.

Stunning property - great location!
The property is absolutely stunning and the location is great (walk to river street or Broughton)! The kitchen has everything needed to make all your meals if desired. The grill on the back porch is in very good shape - we used it one evening. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a stay in Savannah!

Perfect for our girls trip!
The house was beautiful and easy to find. The location was perfect and we were able to easily walk to restaurants, River Street, and many historical sights. Could not have asked for a better location! Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was very clean. A full length mirror would be a nice addition for getting ready to go out but we did fine without one. Thank you for opening up this beautiful home to share!

Great location!
Great location - close to the River Walk and reasonable walking distance to almost everything else. The DOT bus stop is very near, as was the tram stop. House was beautiful! We had a little trouble getting in with the code when we first arrived but the property manager was extremely helpful. The garbage cans on the back deck were very full - looked like they hadn’t been emptied for a long time.

We stayed here for our girls weekend and it was the absolute perfect set up. The 3 master suites worked perfectly for our group of 6 and the unit was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Walking distance to pretty much everything and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We're Not City People
My husband decided it's time to try a city vacation and we haven't been to Savannah as a family yet so why not. The place we stayed was picture perfect and I really enjoyed the layout and amenities. However, Savannah isn't a place I would recommend vacationing at for a week. It's a 1-2 place to visit.

We loved the house!! The bedrooms were absolutely perfect for three couples. Would have been nice to have more seating in the living room. The couch was very low so hard for my elderly parents to sit there. Loved the location. Overall, loved the house!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable place within walking distance of many Savannah attractions. Owner was very responsive and accommodating! Our group of 4 friends arrived early and the owner was so gracious in allowing us to drop off our luggage at the home before check-in. We no sooner arrived at the house and someone was there to open the door for us I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Great house in perfect location
Me and a group of 5 other girls shared this house. The house is gorgeous and was very clean. We loved the location as it’s a very short and direct walk to downtown. We had no issues with accessing the house or parking. Communication was easy with the rental company! Overall, I would highly recommend!

Nicest Place we have Rented on VRBO
We have rented many times through VRBO and this property hands down is the nicest we have ever rented. The location is superb close proximity to EVERYTHING! High end appliances and furnishings, countertops, nd mattress was like sleeping on a cloud! The owner was very responsive and informative, Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with our family! Girls weekend away
We had a few girls spend the weekend in Savannah and this was a great spot. Less than a mile walk from the downtown river street with tons to do. House was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely go back and stay here again! Only downside is there’s only 1 parking spot other than that there’s paid street parking.

The thermostat would not stay set, so it would get hot at night. Sheets were that micro sheet...very hot and asked for a lightweight blankets, not comforter but they did not have any! Did not feel it was close to much, so Uber or walk a lot! Bathtub drain broken so could not even use and they did not fix it, even though I asked them to. That was one reason we booked this place so there would be a bath for relaxing at the end of a long day. Dogs next door barked a lot. Street noise was constant at night and master bedroom was hot, unless doors were left open and then it was too light! Very expensive for these issues. And couch was good if you are a midget. But new interior and clean.

Everything was lovely. The manager was easy to get in touch with for the minor questions that we had. My only slight problem was that the mattress downstairs was a little soft for our liking--not too comfortable.. But, besides that, everything was great.

House was great! Liked the location and cleanliness. Staff responded quickly to questions. One of the thermostats was unnecessarily complicated and wouldn’t maintain the desired cooler temperature for overnight. Bryce came by (he was very nice) and also struggled to fix the problem. After about 40+ minutes, he figured it out. We would recommend a new less complicated thermostat. The name of the WiFi network that was sent to us ahead of time was incorrect. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!
