L'excellent emplacement permet de visiter Savannah à pieds. L'hébergement a beaucoup de charme.

Habituellement, nous n’aimons pas les B&B mais celui-ci était génial. Nous avons adoré le cachet historique et typique de Savannah, et l’accueil des hôtes.

Hot water in shower barely worked with a broken shower spray nozzle and gas fireplace would not work....will NOT go back.

These guest had our staff check their fireplace before they headed out to dinner. At the time, the innkeeper was not able to get it working and they thank her for trying to get it operational. After the guests had left the innkeeper went back into the room and was able to get the fireplace working and left a note for the guest that it was working for them. At no time did guests make the innkeeper aware of any other concerns or shower issues.The shower in the room has two shower heads, a larger overhead one and one that can be handheld. There is a knob that you push or pull to switch between the two shower heads and instructions for that in the bathroom. Staff can also instruct guests further, if needed. Just as we got the fireplace working for them, we could have certainly assisted them. It is likely that the spray handle was not working properly because they had the knob pushed or pulled only half way. If there was an issue with hot water, we were not made aware of it prior to this review.This guest booked for the wrong dates through a third party site and we did not have the date the guest needed so he said he would keep the reservation for the date he booked. His reservations was booked inside our 14 day cancellation period.When they guest arrived, they were very pleasant and happy. They thank the innkeeper for the effort to address the fireplace in the room. They were pleasant when the innkeeper saw the on the morning that they checked out and they made no mention of any issues with the shower or hot water. Our staff is available from 7am to 7pm and anytime by telephone.Guests who stayed in the same room prior to their arrival and after their departure have had no issues with hot water or use of the shower heads. We can't help but wonder if this review isn't made to be especially negative because the guest booked for the wrong dates and due to the 14 day cancellation policy that they agreed to by providing their credit card and details, was a non-refundable reservation. We discussed options with the guest when he asked about cancelling the reservation for the wrong date and he made the decision based on the options given to him to keep the reservation for the 21st.We wish this guest all the best for his future travels, keeping in mind to be more mindful about booking the correct dates and speaking up to allow properties to address any concerns or issues during their stay.

Wonderful stay - beautiful rooms and amenities, and very walkable to downtown area.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in the Calhoun Square room. The McMillan Inn is located in the Historic District at the corner of Huntingdon and Lincoln Streets. Forsyth Park is two blocks from the Inn and many of the sites are within a 20 minute walk of the Inn. The River Street area is about a mile from the Inn.We hope to see you again in the future!!

A very beautiful B&B... decor was outstanding and tasteful. Very consistent with the Victorian theme inside and out. Late arrival check-in and early check-out were well thought out. Would stay there again.

We are glad you had a great stay with us!Our check-in is any time after 3pm but if you arrive early, we encourage guests to make us their first stop. We can store luggage for anyone who arrives early.If you have a later flight or will be staying longer in the city, we can store luggage on the day of check-out. Our check out time is 11am.We hope you did not have to leave to early and that you were able to have breakfast with us at 9:15am during your stay!
