Nice complex
The apartment complex is very nice. The apartment was as depicted. Matthew is a great host and very responsive and communicative. There were some issues beyond his control with the complex but he was helpful in explaining them and offering solutions. The location is just outside of downtown Savannah (about a 8-10 minute easy drive). For my purposes that was great. That said, there's not much that's walkable in the surrounding area if you're interested in that. Also, the kitchen could use a few more supplies for those who will be cooking some meals at the apartment (measuring utensils, sponges, etc) All in all it was an excellent place to stay that met my needs.

Everything about our stay was great. Check in was a little disappointing as the cleaning people were still there. I think there was miscommunication somewhere along the way. But the property owner was great, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The pool area was really nice.

Exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable place to stay for three weeks while traveling for work. Very quiet and has everything you need. Kitchen supplies are good for cooking the basic meals. Beds are firm. Access to pool and well equipped gym. Host is very responsive. I had an A/C issue and it was repaired same day. Only issue is master bedroom carpet is stained. I informed host and I’m sure this would be taken care of as soon as possible. I would recommend this unit and plan on coming back in the future if it is available.

Really enjoyed first trip to Savannah and this location for lodging was a big part of it. Very accessible to and from airport/downtown areas. Property itself was very clean and the community center with fitness area and pool area were awesome. Hope to get back to Savannah in future and if so would be very open to booking this location again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah! Matthew was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The place was as described - it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we appreciate, especially a fully stocked kitchen and laundry! Location was great - easy to get to downtown Savannah, grocery stores, etc. I was happy to have a nice workout space. We were excited about the pool, but it was way too cold to swim in. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

savannah at its best!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Savannah. The property and location could not have been better! Our rental had everything we needed. The only thing we had an issue with was the game room which was associated with the property. Unfortunately, the ping-pong table had broken ping-pong balls, and a gentleman came in at 9:45 in the evening stating he had to go home, and he closed us out abruptly in the middle of our pool game. That has NOTHING to do with our property owner, and we will absolutely come back here again. Matthew was such a pleasure to deal with and very attentive. The only thing, next time we will bring our own ping-pong balls! 😂 Wonderful stay, wonderful host, absolutely recommend this top notch rental!

Great Location!
This property is located about 15 minutes from Forsythe Park and the River District. Parking is abundant and the fitness center is very good, with plenty of equipment to choose from. Grocery shopping and restaurants are nearby and the neighborhood is nicely kept. We stayed nearly a month and were very happy with our stay. The only recommendation I have is to replace the sofa in the living area as it is worn out to the point that you sink in to an uncomfortable position and it will be a struggle for most people to get up from.

The condo was very nice and the Rec room was amazing!! The condo pretty much has everything u need n super clean. The only thing I wished was that each bedroom had a television in it. My son who’s 16 really wanted to watch something different and he had to walk to the rec room. I would also have liked better quality bed sheets but everything was clean!!!

Stay was very comfortable and property was very clean. It was too cool to use the outside pool but looked very nice. My husband used the workout room. A perk was a coffee bar in the community room. It was a 10-15 min drive to the historic district.
