Girls weekend out
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWas a wonderful home with a dream come true backyard that was perfect for a weekend trip with the girls. The pool is perfect and the deck is super spacious. Pleasantly surprised by how comfy the beds were. I normally have a hard time sleeping places that are not my bed but I fell asleep like a baby. There’s a Kroger down the street that delivered groceries and fun bars are just a 20 minute Uber.

Savannah Family 2024
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was large. I would have to say it needs a deep cleaning. The yard and around pool and out front and area to walk thru bushes really need to be trimmed and all the weeds growing up!
There was beer cans and other empty bottles outside the property out back when we arrived. The trash had not been emptied from the week before and I do not even want to say what that was like!!
It's a great place and location just needs to be checked more often I feel before a check in like the pool and yard that had not been taken care of and I had to contact host, I know it has rained a lot but I had my yard and pool at my house ready for them to use and enjoy.
The host did reply and did his best to resolve matters.

I’m sorry you felt this way about your stay. I definitely would like to respond so future guests don’t think these are consistent or ongoing issues. My cleaner has been great, and we haven’t had any complaints in the past with her. We do 3 deep cleanings per year and the last one was performed 2 months ago. We have a very large yard and I do apologize if there were any drink containers missed outside. We will be more diligent about that moving forward. Moving forward I will message guests before they check out reminding them to take the garbage cans to the street. I also called my cleaner and made sure that moving forward she double checks that it is done. There has been excessive rain leading up to Hurricane Debbie. This did put the pool and yard crew behind. The pool was cleaned Saturday morning. One day late which was the morning after your check in day. The landscapers arrived the same morning.

Sandfly Home for Savannah Vacation

Girls weekend!
Publié le 3 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayI rented Andy's place in Savannah for a girl's weekend and it was the perfect location for the 9 of us. The backyard is stunning and a perfect spot to lay by the pool. We had plenty of beds and space to get ready, and take photos. The house was about a 15-20 minute ride to River St in Savannah, which was not bad but since we came from another state and didn't have our own car, it did require a lot of Ubers.
Andy was very responsive, and even allowed us a late check-out when our plans for the final day changed because of flight issues.

Perfect weekend trip for a large group!
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HomeAwayI recently stayed at this house for a lowkey Savannah bachelorette with a large group (11 people). The house is just a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Savannah to go to restaurants, bars, and explore the city. Andrew was super helpful and replied within just an hour or two if we had questions. When we got to the house, the pool was green, and Andrew sent the pool cleaning company that day to fix the chemical balance. The lighting was a little dark in the house, so you may want to bring a ring light for pics. Also definitely recommend buying garbage bags and extra TP & paper towels, especially with a large group of people. Also bug spray, but that’s just Savannah in August lol. Our group brought pool floats and loved the pool, we had plenty of room for everyone and the house felt clean and comfortable. There were also bath and beach towels at the house, and washing machines - super helpful! Would recommend & would stay again!

Comfortable and Well-Appointed Space!
