Property is in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were in was a little worn out. Stayed in a suite and the kitchen area could use a renovation. The only other random problem was there was one parking space left when we arrived. In that space was used toilet paper flying around. Not sure how it got there, but I notified the hotel staff. When we left three days later, said toilet paper was still in the corner of the parking lot. All that being said, I would stay here again. Problems weren’t really a big deal.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel is in walking distance of just about everything you would want to see in the historic district. Take the one-day trolly tour and this will give you the layout of the district. Pick up is 3 minutes from hotel.

This hotel was great with location! Breakfast was great too. There was a spot on the rug in the room and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but staff was very nice and friendly. I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing from day one! They were friendly at all hours of the day, always spoke and asked how it was going. Housekeeping even asked if I needed anything as they were taking care of other rooms. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! There was some damages to the walls, but nothing that affected my stay. The hotel is pet friendly, but could not tell at all- it was unbelievably clean! It was convenient location to the river, and very walkable to other sights. Breakfast was mediocre, but something for everyone. Again, cannot express how clean the place way, and how kind the staff were! will definitely be returning to stay in Savannah!

We love the fact that our suite was spacious however, the room had a funky smell, tolerable though. The bed was clean and comfortable, however having No sound proof windows made our stay uncomfortable. We were able to hear everything that was going on River street all night long. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fine. Location is great. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants.
