Located in one of Savannah's most desirable secured residential buildings, Editor's Cut sits on the third level, with views of Bay Street and Ellis Square. Guests are just steps away to every downtown attraction in this spacious two-bedroom apartment.

After reaching the third floor via elevator access, step in to your bright Savannah escape, equipped with all of the amenities you could wish for.

The kitchen is fitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and provides plenty of space to prepare home-cooked meals. The breakfast bar is open to the main living space, ideal for hosting and entertaining your guests while keeping the conversation flowing. Guests will appreciate having this dedicated dining space with seating for 4, and a fully-stocked kitchen that fits all of your needs.

The living space consists of two plush sofas, a flatscreen television, fitted with a reading nook. Gather together at the end of the day, and catch up on your favorite shows. In the morning, open up the balcony door, and feel the gusts of the Savannah River while drinking your cup of joe.

Lovely, secure property close to everything
We recently stayed here for my daughter's 18th birthday. The location is perfect - right in the heart of historic downtown Savannah. There is a Starbucks and an excellent cafe next door. The beds are fairly firm, which was great for me, but may not be to everyone's taste. The coffeemaker is a regular drip, in case you would like that info for your packing list. Do be advised that the parking garage is located across an alley from the property, so if you park first, you will need to roll your items through the parking garage, up an elevator, across a small alleyway, and then up another elevator. You can briefly park in the alleyway to drop your items to avoid lugging them quite so far. The building itself has keypad entry and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants easy access to everything downtown Savannah has to offer.

Outstanding spot in the center of it all!
We booked this property for our first trip to Savannah. We wanted to be in a great location with a lot in walking distance. The property is a high end 2 bedroom condo in a well maintained building. Parking and door codes were well explained in advance and easy. You unload/load in the alley behind the building so you will not be rushed. Luggage carts are provided, but they prefer they stay inside the building. Walked in to beds, towels and other amenities much like a good hotel. Decor and furniture were very nice, beds are comfortable. Master bath shower is big, very big... Parking is free, parking deck is about 25 feet out the back door of the building. Younuse a provided key card to get in and out without paying. It is attended 25 hours and secure, though don't tempt folks by stuff within view. Great restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping, historical spots all within easy walk. If you want to Uber further out, it is very affordable. Historic Savannah, in general, can be a busy and boisterous place on a weekend night. I have built franchise empires for 30 years, I was impressed with the management team. Booking was easy, and confirmed with a live call before they charged my credit card. They have an app that has nearly every detail you need from arrival to departure. If you need their assistance they are a quick call or email away and response is fast. We would both book this property again and consider booking via this property management group again.

Felt Like Home
We recently stayed in this lovely condo for a work trip. The space, cleanliness, and high end finishes made this feel like a home away from home. We host a lot of dinners and meetings on these trips and this location meant we could very easily walk to all of them. We plan to rent it again within a month.

Everything was as described and the location perfect for parking the car and walking everywhere. The parking garage was a little confusing as you had to go into the unit to get the garage pass first, & unload in the alley while the other person goes to park - again when you leave, someone had to pull the car out, find a place to park quick and run in back up to the condo. Not dealbreakers, but with traffic & the alley having delivery trucks at times, it was a small challenge. The rooms were great, big and clean. Loved the patio. The TV and WI-FI worked well. There weren’t any coffee filters, but we managed just fine, we figured there would’ve been a couple supplied and had already gotten groceries before moving in, We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.. Fire place was nice in a cool evening too!!

SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND BELONGINGS. First off, “private parking” which is in the heading of the listing is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It’s a PUBLIC parking garage with no security. I contacted property management verifying when we arrived that we were in the correct place because I was astonished the “private parking” was a public city garage. There was no where else to park so this was our only option. We constantly checked on our vehicle as we were very nervous. Of course our car handle was ripped off and used to smash our car window. The parking garage attendant didn’t care nor did LUCKY SAVANNAH. Because we left and had to leave early Sunday morning, the management just said they would be in touch Monday. In my opinion this was a very urgent manner. We would have NEVER spent the thousands to stay in this dated, lack of amenities, cheaply made condo if it was not for the heading claiming private parking. The area did not feel safe. There was a front and back door with a code and major lack of security. I doubt the codes get changed frequent enough which is very scary! The furniture was cheap, dated and nasty. LUCKY Savannah is a HORRIBLE company and very unresponsive. 0/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. The management is unprofessional and inattentive. Specifically Jamillah White was very very unhelpful and unprofessional.

Conveniently located, nice, secure building. Great parking included with EV charging station. Everything was good. Only fault - second bedroom has no window and only main tv has all viewing channels. Have housekeeping check all lights to make sure they work. Two lights were out. We fixed living area drapery which was off its hook.

Perfect for 2 couples
This was perfect for two couples. Plenty of inside and outside space, nicely located a block in from River Street. Easy to access the building and unit. Grateful for the parking pass and proximity to the garage. I would have liked a set of plastic cups for the balcony, a full length mirror, and removal of the clock in the first bedroom. We loved the balcony and the fire place was a real plus with the chilly weather.
