Bien mais j'ai payé deux fois la chambre

Globalement bien, mais j'ai payé Hotels.com une première fois et l'hôtel m'a fait payer une seconde fois la chambre à mon départ. L'hôtesse m'a bien indiqué qu'elle allait voir ça avec sa responsable, mais seulement une fois que la somme soit prise une seconde fois sur ma carte bancaire. Ca me fait une nuit d'hôtel à 260 euros environ, pour trois nuits je vous laisse faire le calcul. J'ai envoyé un mail au SAV d'hotels.com le jour même de mon départ mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour.... Dommage pour cet hôtel qui méritait mieux.

Very disappointed, won't come back. Service: I asked for my room to be serviced while I was out for the day. When I came back I noticed that the bed was made, but with the same dirty sheets. She sheets had been soiled with obvious brown stains and the housekeeper didn't change them. Room: Nowhere to work. For me this killed the room. The room is spacious and has a nice bathroom, but no desk or table to work. No where to enjoy some food. The room needs a desk or perhaps a small table. I will a shout out to the front of houses who were great. But overall, at least for me, no joy for The Gastonian.

We strive for high standards of cleanliness, and I regret that our housekeeping did not meet those expectations in your case.Regarding the sheets, typically our housekeeping staff will change them on day three for stays of four nights or more, or upon guest request during shorter stays. I completely understand how important it is to have a comfortable workspace, and I’m sorry that our room layout didn’t suit your needs. We do offer options in our dining, parlor, and pergola area for guests looking for a place to work. We would also have been happy to move you to a room that better suited your needs, if available.I’m glad to hear that our front-of-house staff provided great service, and I appreciate your shout-out to them. It was great stay and experience at this property. Breakfast options were great and room was great and staff was super caring and helpful.
