Great location. Loud Unit with street noise and elevator
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayCustomer service was great. Place well decorated. Very clean. We were not able to stay the first two nights because of flight cancellations. But the third night we could not sleep because of the loud elevator noises ( end unit 2nd floor). We did not stay the 4th night - we could not chance not sleeping again.
Customer Service people were very friendly and responsive , but I was surprised that we weren’t given a “token” credit because of the inconvenience

Close to everything

The only negatives are there is a lot of road construction going on right out in front - and the road is closed and they work Mon-Sat. They start at 8 am and at night, they leave the huge lights on that come straight into the condo. There are no blackout shades on the bedroom windows, but there are blackout shades in the Family room - which makes NO sense to me. Please change that out before the next people have to endure a brightly lit bedroom all night long. Otherwise, we were all very happy - even though the construction made it difficult for access to the condo, it is a great location and once the construction is complete, I'm sure it will be much better!

Amazing place and location
