Hotel exceptionnel sur Vanua Levu
Publié le 2 mai 2017 sur HotelsNous avons passer un merveilleux moment au Koro sun resort. Super resort pour se reposer mais aussi pour profiter des alentours. Pleins d'activites y sont proposees, permettant de profiter de la plage, des plongees, mais aussi de la foret attenante au Resort et du golf. De plus, mention speciale a tout le personnel tres professionnel mais aussi et surtout tres accueillant et aux petits soins pour qu'on passe un bon moment. Un grand merci en particulier a Mavis et a Romanu!

C'est un tres bel endroit. Le personnel y est tres accueillant.

Pour : acceuil chaleureux , très très bon service ect..
Contre : Très bien sur tout les points .
Emplacement : plein de chose en pleine nature à faire ,bicyclette ,valleyball . glof , tennis ect...
Nous étions dans une villa sur le lagon super sur tout les points,la vue du lagon ,l'emplacement ,propreté , service deux fois par jours , des activités kayak,planche, plongé ect .. et aussi une place pour ce reposé. ☺☺

My room was infested with roaches. Three days in a row i will see roaches in my bed sheets and bed head and restroom. I expressed this at the reception and management did nothing. Last night was scary as i saw two in my bed scrolling my feet when i woke up at 5:30 am and decided to leave the room. went to reception on PJs and they had me there for three hours in my PJs crying. The gust actually helped me. I ended up sleeping showering at another guest room (strangers). Guests who saw me at reception were concerned and helped me. The Hotel did nothing; just saying I am sorry did not solve the matter. Reception promised another room and i waited for three hours crying at reception with no room. Thanks to the other guests who helped me. Also, when the gusts helped me , the reception staff did not even care to help me with the luggage and i had to take all my belongings by myself and the other guests helped. Staff said that their hands were tight as management has the last say. Management was nowhere to be found. A Manager should always be on the floor in hotels for the safety of the guests. Unacceptable. manager, was never at the premise and obviously careless with the staff and guests.

Bula, I find it very difficult to respond to this review as it is full of untruths, exaggerations and defamatory comments. Our records show that when you complained about the ONE insect (not a roach) that was in your room we came to the room right away. There was 1 small bug in the room and it was removed immediately. We also offered you a different room and you refused. We went over and above to attend to you while on property, however you declined any assistance. For your reference our location on 160 acres of Rainforest lends itself to a world of flora and fauna. We spray around all rooms monthly, plus we put spray in the room for guests to use, if by chance an unwanted insect enters your room. Our General Manager runs a very tight ship and while I am sure that he was made aware of your concerns, he empowers his management staff to look after smaller issues. I am not sure if this is your first time to Fiji, however perhaps it is not the right destination for you. Vinaka.

The nature is excellent. The food is below average.
The activity stuff are excellent such as Dean, very much enjoying learning from him.
