The property is good. Clean and well maintained but the swimming pool area needs refurbishment .The tents are clean. The major issue we faced was the Dj music noise coming from a nearby wedding place. This property lies close to a party hall, if a party is going on you can say goodbye to a goodnight sleep. The second issue was payment at check out. They want all payment in cash as the card machine was down due to signaling issues and even sent me to a relatives shop in town to make the payment by card. The service was ok not the greatest and moring breakfast was lacking choice especially for kids.

We sincerely apologise for the issues you had to face , perhaps we are not close to a party hall as mentioned, its a hotel which lies 1 km away . As mentioned on online portals as well as on website that we are hardly 50 mtrs away from forest which makes it difficult to get good signals as it disturb the wildlife . That’s the only reason we gave you the option of bank transfer when you reach home ( UK) , as the payment is still in transit . Sorry for all the inconvenience caused by us , we would love to solve these issues as soon as possible.

The unique point about the property is the tent style accomodation but more needs to be done to make it more comfortable. We went in the winter months but the tents are not equipped with heater or insulation so it can get really cold especially during the night and early morning. The bedding could also do with some better detergent as it emits some funky smell. The heater was not functioning very well also, with hot water available only in limited streams. However staff we generally friendly and helpful and attended to our request rather promptly.
