The staff and guest were smoking in the front of the building and the smoke enters the rooms through the A/C units. I couldn't breathe all night and morning. Also, someone extremely large must have slept in the bed in room 214, the springs in the mattress are all broken. "No sleep" all of the sugars and sweeteners for the coffee are hard and not useable.

Terrible experience. Room reservation was not what was given to me. One Double bed with 3 adults. Wanted to give me a roll out bed for my 6’3 husband. My mother was with us and is disabled needed more room. My husband was meeting us at the hotel after work and told him to just stay home because there was no room for him. We were out that way for a funeral. The GM Rohan blamed Hotels.com for the error, which was a lie. I have been using hotels.com for years. He also, put a hold on my debit card for the expense of my room, when I had chosen pay later at the hotel, on hotels.com. I currently still have a hold for $60 on my card that has not been released by Rohan. He said that they put hold in case of damage and will be released on departure and room is checked. Well here we are 24 hours later and still not released. The tub filled with water because the drain-stopper was broke. The 3rd floor smelled of cigarettes and some nasty odor. Terrible experience and will never stay at a candlewood hotel again. Rohan was arrogant, rude and blamed everyone else but himself for the room mishap.

I like that the room is spacious, and it has a small kitchen, Which is very convenient.
