Bad Service, Bag Opened, Great Location,Won't Stay
Publié le 6 janv. 2020 sur HotelsChecking in was awful. There is no front desk here and the phone number noted on the front door wasn't in service. My boyfriend ended up wandering down the street and by chance found someone who could help us. It didn't make for a great start to the vacation. Once we were in, it was very nice and clean. Throughout the stay though, I noticed that the cleaner went through my bag. Nothing was taken (I don't think) but there was no point of going through my bag, so that didn't feel good. Also, I was charged more than I should have and was told it was taxes by the person checking me in, but when I went back to my documentation, I saw I was already charged for taxes. So I have now emailed 3 times and no one has gotten back to me. So it appears management cannot be contacted in any way, if their number is out and apparently they don't respond to emails. This is all very sketchy and I would not consider staying here again, even though it was perfectly located.
