Amazing friendly front desk staff. Really good good next door at cafe

Check in was good. Room was immaculate. Matty at reception was very warm and welcoming.
We were disappointed that the pool area was shared with guests to the adjoining cafe and yoga studio. Wifi was also shared. This made it impossible to enjoy the pool or the wifi.
Free breakfast was difficult to receive as service was slow. Very busy with other guests so staff seemed overwhelmed.
Was charged for peanut butter for toast. Had to wait 15 minutes for change after paying. Better off to go down the street to get breakfast.
Room was fantastic and Matty was a great host.
Other than that the accommodations need major improvements.

The property is well located (away from town). There are two major recommendations: (1) please include outlets so you can charge your golf cart while you are at the hotel... this is very common in sayulita. (2) breakfast service is very slow, we had breakfast two days and we had to wait like 25 mins to get our cup of tea (both days).

Service was great. Air conditioner made loud clicking noise at night that woke us up repeatedly.

Well I booked a "Master Suite", the room had no balcony per the pics, but worst of all the room had a free standing toilet, no door or ventilation to a bathroom ??? I could lay in bed a few feet away and enjoy the sounds and smells of my partners ablutions. What a lovely experience on holiday, paying $200 per night for a concrete box room that really tested the limits of my love for my partner. The pool and sitting area are tiny, almost always in shade, the angles of the property pics are very misleading, this is NOT an upscale property in any way. Not what you would expect in a "Master Suite". Very disappointed and will not return. On the plus side good hot water and quiet part of town.
