Wonderful Staff/great view
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaythe view is great. The property manager Efren and wife Brisa were the best.He was always there for our needs and his wife Brisa kept the condo spotless . The security people,Mayth,Audel and Israel kept us worry free and were a joy to talk with

Family stay
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay in Sayulita. Steep hill, but location was great, close to everything by golf cart but also quiet in the evenings. Pools were nice and the breeze on our upper level condo was wonderful. Efren the property manager was great, met us to check-in, coordinated a cart rental, checked back several times to see if we needed anything and recommend beaches and restaurants.

Efren the property manager took care of us very quickly and efficiently whenever we need something. We look forward to staying there again in the future! The views were amazing and the property was marvelous!

Publié le 15 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayPlace was comfortable but could use some upgrading. Views where great but Location would be difficult for someone who can’t walk hills. Apartment itself was difficult to access with heavy luggage and required lots of stairs to get to it. The safe box did not work so didn’t feel comfortable utilizing housekeeping. One of the showers had a huge wall that one had to step over to get in so it was inconvenient if you are short or have an injury. The washer did not work so this was a huge inconvenience when we had a load of wet clothes in there soaked with water. Pool was small but cute but water was too cold to use.

Dear Maria:
Our house is on top of a hill, which allows to have a beautiful view. You don't need to walk up the hill, you can do inside the building and take advantage of 3 floors in the elevator. However we recommend the use of a golf cart .
The washing machine is working and there is a new safe box.

View from the hill

Thanks to other reviews we were prepared for the stairs but had we not read other reviews prior they would have been a huge shock! My only real complaint was that the heater was out in the small private pool.
Very comfortable bed and bedding.!
