We loved the room lovely king size bed comfortable and nice single bed for our child Linda was very kind and helpful plenty of tea coffee and milk ten out of ten for value for money I would highly recommend this guest house

Excrement
Publié le 24 août 2021 sur HotelsWhen we arrived we were shown a notice that said the main guests at the Bayhouse were council referrals! The notice also stated that there would be no servicing of the rooms for the duration of your stay. There was a excrement stain on the bathroom floor trying to be passed off as hair dye, in my opinion under no circumstances should this room have been let until the disgusting stain had been removed. The website said that breakfast was available at the venue - this was not the case.

We spent a couple of day in this amazing hotel, we feel at home from the very first moment and we will sure come back again.

we didnt stay. checked in and moved somewhere else within an hour... took 20 min to get in with the keys that had been left.. door was difficult to open. nobody there to help on arrival. my mum was put in a room next to 2 dogs barking constantly.. wasnt clean and hall way smelt damp and musty. cudnt get out fast enough. was told cudnt have refund. my mum who is 80 was very distressed. my advice. dont stay there......

You requested an early check in and we left keys. You had a problem using the key which we could not foresee but we always allow early check in and will continue to do so. The dogs were in my private lounge while I was out shopping. Your family sat in the family room and your little girl who you know was desperate to see them was running around and making lots of noise, this excited them. They are very rarely upstairs as we live in basement garden flat. Comments re damp absolutely it is not. The cleanliness you vaguely refer to???? In high season we can not give a refund simply because you had arrived in a bad mood. I asked what I could do to Improve things, I felt so sorry for the little girl. However, you insisted on leaving. It was very strange. I could not. The gentleman I spoke to asked for a refund and said he would ‘leave it at that’ we can not give refunds to avoid negative reviews.
