Lovely hotel just a bit away from the promenade with a bit of a hill walk.
Nice hot breakfast
Clean & comfortable bedroom although the sink would not hold water for a wash or shave but was repaired the following morning.
I would stay again.

I just want to do a big shout out to James on reception he made our holiday perfect. His warm friendly nature was the best start. We got into our room which was absolutely impeccable and the cleanliness was second to none! When we went in the spa facilities I was happy to see a jacuzzi available to fit a group of people rather than four and sauna, steam room and an ice bath.... luxury doesn't even compare to what we had. All the staff where fantastic but James customer service deserves a promotion we will definitely be visiting again because of how we treated at this hotel....we felt like royalty!!!
And we fell bit in love with Scarborough too!!!

It was ok . Rooms needed up dating. Bathroom had like wet room shower but was near do and water went everywhere. Plus flooring was ineven and felt like could give way in places.

The room was no better than a travellodge but was far more expensive. The view from the window was of a wall of the hotel about 6 feet away.

Hotel in great location ,spa facilities very good ,food excellent ,staff very friendly .Only minus points , is the main hotel bar ,which is too small for the size of hotel ,with no seating available when we returned to hotel at 830 pm .Car parking expensive ,unless you manage to park on the free section of the esplanade ,which was full when we arrived . However we will return to the hotel ,next time we visit Scarborough.
