The only think positive I can say is its location and views. The flat we stayed in, flat 3, was extremely tired looking. As soon as you walk in the room your senses are assaulted by an awful smell I can only describe as a sewage stench, it was strongest near the sink in the main living area. My 2 year old rolled around on the carpet in the main room and his t-shirt stunk sour, very dirty carpet. The décor looks like it hasn't been touched since the 80's, very sorry looking woodchip, everywhere.
For some insane reason the very cramped bathroom does not have a sink in it, you have to do your business and then open doors to get access to a sink in either the main room or either of the bedrooms. The water pressure feels like the owner maybe blowing water through a straw, simply put there isn't any, god help you if someone else uses the water at the same time.
The rooms are extremely cramped and it is obvious someone has done a very poor job of hacking a large room up into very narrow, almost corridor rooms ( evidenced by a curtain rail that strangely travels through the wall from one room into another.
I could go on but I can't be bothered to waste any more of my time describing the place.
