Poor run down area very bad experience as an obvious lodger was very rude screaming at us to move our car despite us having checked we were ok to park,certainly won’t be back

Decent enough place to stay. Showing it's age in places but overall clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Easy to check in, and I set off early the following morning - leaving the keys in the box in the hallway. Very convenient for the town centre and seafront if you don't mind a few minutes walk. Variety of restaurants nearby, even before you reach the town centre.

Amy the host was first class and even upgraded my room after she had found out i had a bad day with my car breaking down and she also waited for me well after the time i was supposed to check in. Great room, great location and top customer service. Would definitely recommend

Handy for all attractions in Scarborough
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had a great overnight stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean, with a fantastic view over the North Bay. It is in a very handy position for both bays and also Peasholm park or the Open Air Theatre. It’s only a short walk to the town centre and station.
Handy parking outside and a very easy check in process. We will certainly book again next time we come to Scarborough.
We saw a wonderful sunrise from the bedroom window and got some great pics😊

Check in and parking was easy. The property was very clean. The old sash window rattled when open so I had to shut it which made the room warm.
