When we arrived late at night we were told there was no hot water, but it was better from the day before. They said it was luke warm but it was not. Our tv was out the whole 2 days we were there, they said they would see if they could call and get someone out, never heard from them about the matter again. Thermostat needed a battery, luckily you could adjust on the unit itself. The outside of the hotel was nice but nothing was being done to correct any of the items that were wrong.

The tub has been painted over and was peeling, the sofa bed was horrible (no cushion, you feel coils in your back), it just didn’t feel clean overall.

I was not told the hotel had not had hot water for the past couple days amd not told once checked in. Also the AC was not working properly

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was dirty. Trash under beds. Kleenex had not been restocked. Shower was dirty. Have stayed here several times before but this stay was disappointing. Maybe they are short handed but improvement needed.
