Avis Mountain Vista Lodge w/hot tub & arcade

Cottage is tastefully done, the kids really enjoyed the video games, and the hike down to the stream is very nice. Has a basic set of kitchen gear, and Besik was great about communicating what was available in advance so I knew what to bring myself. The knife block shown in photos is not there anymore, but there’s a basic chef knife that’s serviceable. Neighbors are closer than I expected from the photos, but it was quiet when we were there. A word to the wise: be very careful when aiming the shower head! It’s far too easy to make water run around the back of the tub and onto the floor.
