Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was very nice and super quiet. We had no interaction with our host, so its hard to give review on that. If you want to get away and be alone this is the perfect place. The cabin was was fully stocked with everything you could need. Very easy check in. Door was open and key was inside.
Only thing is we had hoped for more scenic view. The pond is nowhere near the house. A little disappointed with that, but overall it was a relaxing weekend. Beds are upstairs so if you have problems with stairs, you may want to consider sleeping on the daybeds downstairs or another w fu

We had issues with the grill and the next day we had propane and a brush to clean it with got to meet the owner and his fur baby who made my day. Beautiful quiet setting and we will definitely be staying again if they will have us.

Beautiful country setting
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect space for our weekend getaway. We were attending the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival and the distance was very doable.
Everything was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen provided everything we needed, and the rocking chairs on the front porch were amazing. It was great to spend time away from the hustle bustle of the city yet so close to the city.
The private driveway was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed.
