Thank you for staying with us at the Capri; I do appologize for any invonvience you may have had during your stay : there is a number to call for any issues and I do live on property.Yes, our motel is old but the grounds and parking lot are clean and your room was clean. New bed,linen, and flat screen television:we are working on getting new flooring throughout motel ( 13 rooms done so far )Its our personal goal to provide each guest with a safe,clean, and friendly stay.

A nice little family run place. Very friendly - the owners are busy renovating thec whole place. Not luxurious but totally adequate.

Am unsure why you left a review when you canceled the reservation at (10:01 PM) because you accidently booked the motel in the wrong town? You asked me to cancel the reservation via email and I did? You are also getting a full refund??Since you canceled the reservation, I had the right to sell my room- and I sold out that night. I have done no wrong to you, as a guest, I did as you asked and canceled plus got you a full refund when it was your mistake?

Schrecklich! Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Das Zimmer war unzumutbar. Haare auf den Betten. Irgendwelche Flecken die nicht zu bestimmen waren! Das Zimmer hat ewigkeiten keine neue Farbe gesehen. Nach Aufforderung das Zimmer zusammen mit der Angestellten zu besichtigen um darauf aufmerksam zu machen. Hatte sie nur abgeblockt und gesagt ,das sie das Zimmer selbst sauber gemacht hätte und ihren Augen alles ok sei. Wir sind dann gar nicht erst eingezogen und sind wieder weiter gefahren. Haben uns aber auch kein anderes Zimmer zeigen lassen ,da das Motel insgesamt keinen guten Eindruck hinterließ. Würde gerne Fotos hochladen aber die App lässt es leider nicht zu.

I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your 5-minute stay; you tore my beds completely apart, looking for a reason to not stay here. I do clean my own rooms, and we found no issues after u left, so I do apologize?Our goal is to provide our guests with a clean, friendly, and quiet stay.
