Who ever is in charge of simple maintenance and painting should be fired.... Replace the missing tiles.... Preschool child w crayons would paint walls better

Our room had a terrible smell. I told the front manager and asked to be mmoved. She said there was none available. We found out later that there was but we but they would not move us. We asked them to get to the source of the smell and were told they had already tried by bombing and cleaning it. It hadn't helped. Why would you offer a room like that. We couldn't move to another venue because of lack of rooms because of a baseball tournament. We ordered this room three months in advance!

At first I thought the room smelled of stale cigs but it might have been someone smoking outside. There was no mat in the tub so afraid I'd fall. Very clean air conditioner in working order. No freezer I frig. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good clean inviting dining area.
