Find a different hotel

Hello: Well the hotel is definitely not dirty. I am so sorry you felt that way but you did not let anybody know. If you had an issue with your room we would have definitely moved you or took care of it. We do not every want any guest to have issues. Next, we never hear our beds are uncomfortable. We did check the mattress in the room you stayed and nothing at all is wrong with it and it has been rotated and was up to date according to hilton guidelines. Breakfast is always hot unless you came down after 10 am and they do turn if off to dispose of the food that was not ate. If you would like to discuss any issues you had please reach out to the hotel and ask for a manager. Thanks so much. Sincerely, Jill Miller, GM

Very clean property, spacious double queen suite with separate sitting room and kitchenette. Jennifer, who was at the front desk when I checked in was SUPER friendly, kind, courteous and the epitome of professionalism. Will definitely be returning to this property for future trips!
