We were traveling and needed someplace to stay overnight. We were able to book at the last minute. The person who checked us in was gracious. The steps up to our room were uneven; the top 2 steps were taller than the rest. I tripped and skinned my shin. The owner expressed sorrow at my injury and gave me band aids.
