Exposed wires (not cool for 6”3 teen) for lighting.
Minimal lighting throughout property at best.
Bed base in master that appeared water damaged - not the first thing you want to see in an establishment that you’ve paid good money for.
Toilet didn’t flush properly.
Fan in bathroom didn’t work properly.
Inability to use the Venetian blinds properly. They could be open and closed but not tilted. Again, difficult when the lighting was so poor but needed daylight to get dressed for the day. Being located on a main road - tilting the blinds for lighting was required but not an option).
