The floor plan is great and the beds were very comfortable. The porch swing overlooking tje lake was the icing on The cake! We will defimitely be back!

Great vacation rental

This rental was beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay at Barren Lake.

Gorgeous patio!
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family of 4 adults spent most of our time on the gorgeous screened in patio with swinging bed. We cooked meals in the nicely stocked modern kitchen and ate outside. Nice location for days trips to several places we were interested in: bourbon tour, cave tour & Corvette museum. Wheelchair accessible lodging is hard to find & Blue Cat Lakehouse was perfect for us.

We only had one issue with the microwave and it was fixed immediately. Owner ALWAYS respondes quickly to any questions. We will be back and as always many thanks

Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Blue Cat was a great destination for the 6 of us as we visited Mammoth Cave. Lots of room, all amenities as advertised, and loved the screened porch with views of the lake and so many birds to listen to and watch.

Spring break getaway
Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed at the Blue Cat while visiting Mammoth Cave and the Corvette Museum. The setting in the countryside was peaceful with a nice view of the lake! The house was laid out well for our group of six. Beds are comfortable and the master bath was super nice. The screened porch is awesome with the big swing. The house is clean and cheerful. Highly recommend!
