Property and location was outstanding. Cleanliness could have been a little better but will definitely be back!

Seabrook 2023

Property in great location, quiet, neighborhood pool. Property needs some major tlc, everything is worn and dinghy. Bedding could of been cleaned we were making up the bed and several stains (gross) on underside of comforter. Towels in bathes dinghy too. Couch and loveseat had stained cushions as well , LR carpet needs good cleaning or replacement. But we love Seabrook and will return to the island again.

Very cozy loft, perfect location close to beach. Loved that we could bring our dog!

Great place for early spring

Lovely and relaxing get away

We had the best week in Seabrook! The property was a perfect size for our family of 5. The location is perfect- just a short bike ride to the Beach Club or ocean. We would definitely come back and stay at this property!

Hi Joe: I am glad you enjoyed the LSV while here. I will reach out to the owners re: mattresses and beach chairs. Unfortunately we do not gaurantee the beach chairs as the property managers will dispose if they are rusted and such. If they are good that is an added bonus. Cute beach house in good location overlooking the golf course. Sleeps 4 well.

We love Seabrook and the location of this villa. On the small side and most comfortable for 4 people . The 2 loft beds are not quite sleeping spaces .
