Want the ability to purchase amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Beach Club and Lake House but still have complimentary access to a community pool located just outside your villa? Welcome to Rue de Buci! Rue de Buci is tucked away at the end of a quiet street within the Live Oak Villas community. There's very little traffic down this road but for bikes and walkers. You'll feel as if you are staying in a nature retreat, as the live oaks, palmettos, pines and many other Lowcountry trees that surround the Live Oak Villas are often visited by birds and other wildlife. This elevated first floor villa features a newly renovated kitchen, hardwood floors and views of the community pool from the kitchen, dining room & living room areas as well as the large screened porch and partially covered deck. This villa offers the perfect combo of beach, pool and peaceful solitude for a small family vacation!

Guests access Rue de Buci by walking up 8 exterior stairs from the parking lot level to the building's elevated first floor. The front door to Rue de Buci is on the back left side of the hallway. Once you enter this comfortable villa, you will find an open floor plan layout for the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. There is a small hallway beyond the living room that leads you to the master bedroom (with en suite bathroom), the guest bedroom and the second bathroom. The sliding door in the living room leads to the partially covered deck. You may access the screened porch via the living room or the master bedroom. There are a full size washing machine & dryer located in the kitchen closet. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in all quotes. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the gate.

Surround yourself in Seabrook Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush maritime forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Camp Seabrook is available for the kids (ages 4-10) in your group during the months of June, July and early August.

Beach Access. You can walk to Boardwalk #9 (located at Pelican Watch Villas) in about 15 to 20 minutes or you can drive the 5 minutes to the Beach Club (with your amenity card) and park across the road where you can use the pool, sit on the beach or use the cafe.

COMMUNITY POOL IS EXPECTED TO OPEN FOR GUESTS APRIL 1ST. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES.

The condominium was immaculately clean and comfortable. Had some upstairs noise the first two days, then it was quiet for the remainder of our week. The pots and pans were awesome and cleaned easily. The Pfalzgraff dinnerware was lovely and matched the beach decor. Where this property excelled was the comfortable bed and incredible shower in the Master Suite. We stayed two nights in the guest room, and the twin beds here were extremely firm. As seen with other reviews, if staying more than a weekend should pick up extra dish soap for the dishwasher, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Loved being able to keep up with my laundry while there for a conference. There are many very specific rules that need strict adherence in this neighborhood; however after you see the homes in the area you'll understand. It's a peaceful, opulent island-if I owned one of of these homes I would want the same courtesies. The manager was attentive, answered questions and solved issues quickly. You will really enjoy staying here-the beach is also quiet and quite private. Saw a large variety of water birds, deer and a gator. Only wish I was there for vacation rather than work!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rue de Buci! It was our first family Spring Break and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. The place was very quaint and comfortable and felt like we were a world away. We look forward to the next time we can get away and stay there.

My family had a great vacation in Seabrook. Property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Community pool was steps away, and beach access was a short drive. Property management was responsive and proactive. Would recommend for small families without hesitation.

Wonderful place. The setting was so private and serene. The pool was great and not crowded. I would love to stay here again. Our girls age 19 and 23 slelpt in the twin beds. We teally loved the porches on the unit also!!!

Condo was as advertised. A/C fan literally turned off/on every 10 seconds all day and all night our entire stay. The master bedroom was particularly affected with the a/ c turning off/on every 10 seconds making it unbearable to sleep. The mattress should be replaced The nearby pool was easily accessible but very dirty. I'm not sure how often the pool is vacuumed but clearly it's not often enough. Kitchen was nicely equipped.

Clean, well equipped and very comfortable! We (adults and 12 year old) rented bikes and were able to bike to the pool/beach, racquet club and lake house comfortably, hardly had to use a car. Delightful stay, we'll be back!

Quick getaway
A short stop for my daughter and I along with my 10 month old grandson. It was perfect! House was great, everything we needed. Perfect location. We walked to the beach ( I would leave directions on how to get to the beach) we loved seeing the very tame deer right outside our porch! The pool was great as well. Our hosts were super!
