We will for sure make this a new vacation spot for our little family for years to come! 438 Double Eagle was a very convenient location- less than 5 min drive to the beach. It was a nice, cozy condo and we loved that it’s so pet friendly! The only drawback were the beds. If you prefer a nice firm mattress you’re in luck. They were not at all comfortable to me and I found myself sleeping on the pullout sofa most nights of our stay. Other than that, it was a great place to call home for a wonderful vacation. We’ll be back, Seabrook Island!!

Lacking a few kitchen essentials IMO like baggies, Saran Wrap, and foil. Nice 2 bedroom location.

Daughter, pups and my getaway

438 Golf Shores; May '24
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayNice place: good layout, fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, loved the sun room, quiet area of Seabrook Island. Really enjoyed the location and the property.
Upon arrival found plates and glasses that were not clean- so we ran the dishwasher and resolved- an opportunity for the Property Manager. Also, in communication with PM- we informed them the hammock was broken. They told us it is not included in the amenities. The website listing shows 4 pictures of a hammock and mentions it in the listing. No one came to fix it- the individual I communicated with was condescending, not helpful and unpleasant to work with. Also, I informed them of leak in washing machine. They sent a really pleasant guy out- he confirmed a leak- said someone would be there to fix. No one came to fix it while we were there. There was no documentation of anyone coming to the property while we were away from the property.
The beds were comfortable enough- however, suggest to bring your own pillows. The ones provided need to be replaced.
Nothing against the owners of this place- as stated nice place in a wonderful location. The Property Managers failed for this rental.

Excellent dog-friendly villa
