Good location for local beaches & Bamburgh castle

Our room was clean and modern but noisy as next to the bar and water evacuation pipes just next to our bed. Probably got the hotels.com room. Breakfast booked for 9 am - very good but service disorganised.

We booked a last minute family room, was a very large main bedroom with 2 single beds in sunroom, also included a small patio and back access to car park. Dinner at night was wonderful and accommodated my unusual diet and allergies. Breakfast was ok when we got it had to ask several times for a glass of water and gf bread/toast. Reception and night restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful, would have stayed another night but no vacancies.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was nice and was only a very short walk in to Seahouses.
Although the bar was over priced.
