Decent facility, OK breakfast, spa didn't work and staff didn't care. Called prior to booking and eventually went thru Travelocity due to poor service. Called after booking to confirm spa hours and no mention of failed spa.

When we walked into our 1st assigned room there was dog poo in there. Two piles. One under the table in the living area and one in the bedroom next to the corner of the door. We were promptly switched to a new room, but that's absolutely disgusting and should NEVER happen. How do you clean and miss two dog turds?!

Hotel is dated, there was a slight smell in the room, lighting is not very good, beds were comfortable. Hotel was a little somewhat disappointing. Expected more form an 8+ rating.

For the most part it wasn’t bad. The lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible. I couldn’t see to shave nor could my wife see to put on makeup or do her hair. It was clean but needs some TLC.
