Cozy 3 Bedroom condo around 800 sqf half a block from the beach and main attractions. Just renovated with new furniture and central AC. SS Appliances and granite kitchen counter-top. Wall to wall tiles entire house and hardwood floor. Private patio.. With only a few houses to the beach and plenty of onsite parking, our house is the perfect location for your beach getaway. I’m not even sure where to start. We walked in and at first look it was nice little spot, but as we unpacked and got comfortable it was awful. My husband went to put a hand towel in the bathroom and the hook fell off the wall…showing the duct tape holding it. The fake tiles were coming off the wall to the shower and it was filthy. The shower curtain was moldy. The toilet had urine on it We had someone else’s sock in our room. My daughters bed frame was bent in and held together with duct tape. It says linens are provided, but it was nothing, but a stained bottom sheet and a small blanket There is a list of rules on the wall that aren’t spoken of before the booking. I got a text the morning we were leaving that we needed our own towels and toiletries…thank goodness we hadn’t left yet. Never saw the property owner or manager. People were smoking by our front door and smoke was coming in through the door as it wasn’t flush. The blinds were all broken and it was so hot in the main bedroom We had sand from the beach and I couldn’t find a broom to clean it up. Just a frustrating stay. I feel like we’re were totally mislead. Only good part was the location. Super close to the beach and boardwalk. There is also a CVS super close by when we needed toilet paper and paper towels. The pictures represent the place probably years ago when it was first renovated. My second daughters room had a cable coming out and duct tape over it. Pillows flat bed was loud table uneven.

Girls trip
I gave the place 5 stars because of location and price, but if your looking for luxury go elsewhere. We are not high maintenance and was looking for a nice place close to the beach and boardwalk for our getaway. It satisfied our needs and we really had a great time! The neighborhood is safe and the place is clean.

We never actually got to stay because 45 mins of us leaving the owner told me that the rental was overbooked and canceled our weekend. I had booked this property 2 months in advance. I not only had my entire weekend ruined I lost money because I had already boarded my dogs for the weekend. This was a terrible experience and absolutely unacceptable. Do not rent this property

Decent size for a family of 4 and a pup. Super hard with a dog that sheds though since their hair ends up on EVERYTHING. Upstairs neighbors were not quiet at all, but this was a good location and we enjoyed our stay

Cleanliness and disrepair
Online photos presented a much better rental than what was experienced. Holes in the bathroom wall (towel rack), baseboards were filthy, dirty fridge door, trash receptacles were dirty, shower was dirty, bathroom vanity could use a bit of caulk maintenance. Small bit of cleaning and repairs would go a long way.

Stayed 2 summers in a row—ready for round 3!
Jin is an excellent host—extremely accommodating and helpful! The place is just a block a way from the beach, the perfect distance from the fun of the boardwalk, and close to everything. We parked our car and didn’t have to move it until we left. The house is very clean and comfortable. This was our second time staying at Jin’s home with our two small dogs and we plan on coming back next summer! Thank you!

Dirty condo with ants.
Upon arriving at the condo we noticed the listing said “linens included”. There were only bed sheets & 3 of the 5 beds had blankets. There was only 1 dirty towel in the place that was balled up with hair on it. There were dirty hand prints on the wall in the bathroom & yellow bedroom. To top it off, there were ants in 4 of 5 beds, including the primary. There was also a terrible musty smell in the blue bedroom. I did get a response from the lister, the day of check-in on how to get in. We get charged a cleaning fee & have to take our own trash out. The proximity to the beach was nice, but accommodations were sorely misrepresented. Would not recommend.

R&R with Noise
We loved the location. Away from maddening crowd. Though we were there off season. Most businesses on boardwalk were either closed or had shortened hours. We didn't care because we wanted R&R. Only one annoyance; upstairs occupants could be heard with every heavy step. Small family and it seemed as if there were 25l They did have a child which added vocals and that cannot be helped. I suspect the building has poor sound insulation. Nobody's fault so if you don't mind some noise overhead than all will be fine. The rental was adequate and spacious, and clean. Remember to bring toiletries and towels . HI
