* Season Beach Badges included for your convenience at no cost, to access the beach during your stay. You don't need to wait in long line & pay extra money $13/ person daily .
* The entire condo is all for you and your family/friends!

This family size condo has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and hug sectionals plus big screen Roku TV in the living room for your family relaxing. Everything is pretty new from furniture, air conditioners, lights, fans to kitchenware, silverware:

* There are bar table & bench with many seats in the full equipped kitchen . You can find all what you need as at your home from refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, water boiler, cookware, silverware, dishes, bowls, glasses to spices, cooking oil, storage & cleaning supplies, etc.

* Each room comes with new air conditioner, new curtains & blinds, new fan & light, hangers in closets and reading lamps on night stand. There are also iron & iron pad in the bed rooms.

* Beds are made with clean cotton linens & duvets for your stay and 3 - 6 pillows.

* Bathroom comes with clean towels for all the guests as well as hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, dental floss picks, cotton swabs, tooth paste.

* The private front patio with outdoor furniture and beach gears are provided in the shed.
This big shed is where we keep beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles which you can use for a beach day as well as for you to keep your outdoor stuffs if needed.

We also provide barbecue grill and propane tanks with all the needed tools if you decide to make your own barbecue. Please note that you will need to go to the nearby Wawa to exchange the propane once when it's used up.

Birthday weekend celebration
Weekend trip to celebrate my daughters Sweet 16 birthday. Host Rose was great, very responsive and friendly. The house was very clean, and the extras provided such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, towels, seltzer, mints, were a nice touch. Beach passes included was a great cost saver with six people. Check in was simple and house was ready when we arrived. Great location for teenagers to walk back and forth to the beach and boardwalk. Nice outside area with tables and grill, shared with upstairs renters which was not an issue as there are two full tables and chairs. I would stay here again for sure.

The host was very gracious to let us in before check in time. I have a year old grandson and he likes to use his walker so I rolled up the living room throw carpet and the hallway throw rug. They had a lot of dog urine stains and I had to sweep all the sand and dirt that came out of the carpets when I moved them. The living room rug had a large nail in it so I left on the stove for the landlord or cleaning person. This could have went in somebodies foot and could have cause a trip to emergency. Also the bathtub had sand in the bottom and we had to pull the drain up in order for the tub to drain properly. I would suggest whoever cleans does a better job. The property is located in good distance of beach but the area is VERY run down. Didn't feel safe walking my little dog at night. For the money I was charged I feel it was not worth it.

Father’s Day weekend
We booked a last minute trip with all the dads. The place was perfect for all of us. Clean, close to the beach and boardwalk. Grill and patio area was awesome to chill after a long day on the beach. Rose was very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely come back 🙂

Very clean lower level unit
Very clean and modern updates. Nicely decorated. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Living area has an amazing large sectional sofa. Beds comfy and bathroom updated. This is a lower level of a duplex so you may hear footsteps. Door to rental was secure with good directions. Overall this is a really nice rental. We stayed off season. In season you can walk to ALL the things.

Great time at seaside heights
Overall had a great stay. There was a small issue with some noise with the permanent residence upstairs and it was taken care of right away. We also noticed the window air conditioners were moldy but as soon as we messaged the property owner (he was unaware) he immediately replaced them same day which was great. Everything else was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall we had a great time!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Quaint, comfortable and clean. Had more people than towels, but fast and great communication with management and they brought us more. Would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment met all of our needs and more. It was clean and spacious enough for our small group. The space was exactly as described. A couple of things that I would consider adding or fixing but not really deal breakers… it would not hurt to add more bathroom towels especially if there is a larger party. The bathroom door knob and door jams each time someone uses the bathroom and it is hard to open. Again. Not a deal breaker but it definitely needs to get fixed.

Great location! Close to boardwalk
This condo is very cozy and felt like home. It was enough space for 5 adults and 2 children to be in. I loved the outdoor warm shower for the kids to rinse off in. It is in a great location as well! Close enough to the boardwalk where young children ages 5 and 7 can walk to and it was far enough away from the noisy (that comes from the boardwalk at night). We all had a great time! Owner of the property were easy to talk to and responded back to questions and concerns quickly! Will stay here again next time!

This is a great rental, the place is very clean and well kept. The outside is big and private, nice area to relax. The location is also amazing you can walk to everything and not have to worry about parking. The host is quick to response if you have any questions and very accommodable. I will definitely be staying here again when we go back to seaside!
