Felt very unsafe the door didn't completely shut had to use the chain going across the door to keep it shut. Would never recommend this hotel. They person at the desk actually said we will give you a better room. Next room was just as bad only there was urine all over the toilet. Asked the desk person "doesn't anyone clean these rooms? ", no response. He and another guy just kept looking at the dirt and shrugged his shoulders .On to the next room not better but needed a place to sleep. Didn't even stay the next night, tried to get a refund for the for the next night and the manager wouldn't agree to it with hotels.com.

Hands down the best place in seaside, this is where I always stay, it’s great you walk out hotel and right on the boardwalk and every thing is in walking distance

Aztec staff was very accommodating when we had to change our reservations due to a hurricane. They were very pleasant.
Great location on the boardwalk. My kids loved it.
