The owners and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and close to everything. The only complaint was the bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

Incredible location right in the center of all the action! Friendly helpful staff, super clean rooms, working utilities (AC/shower etc.). What more could you ask for? Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Seaside

Just stayed at the Buoy16 only for one night. We have never been to Seaside heights as this was our first time in the area. We were very pleased with our stay at the Buoy. The room and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, decent size for the good price. Very close to the boardwalk and beach access. Literally 1/4 block. It was not too noisy at night either. The owner was very nice and explained everything in detail and showed us where to park. Everything is in walking distance- beach, restaurants and entertainment.
Would definitely recommend, and would come back here to stay again. Very clean. You can tell they cared about the property.

What a fantastic motel right near the boardwalk! We will be back yearly! I would recommend this wonderful place to everyone!
