THE NO HAVING ANY FRIENDS OVER MOTEL

Not for a min, not even have someone walk you to the door, NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES its a liability. So, if you are a social butterfly i highly recommend no going there if you are Not a social butterfly i recommend not staying at the SEA PALCE MOTEL AND THE ONE BEFORE IT.

Dear Guest,I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Our rules are their to protect our guests safety and safety of our staff. If an authorize person does harm to you or anyone you will hold us responsible since they are on our premises. If we do not know the person and is not register guests we will not allow them to be on the premises at anytime of the day. Some guests appreciate we are taking their safety seriously. We are not a party motel by any means. We have good reputation for being clean and safe motel so we do enforce our rules. Our staff does wonderful job in keeping the guest safe and keeps all our guests happy. We hope you understand our view and hope to see you again.

Beautiful area, blocks from the boardwalk. Our room didnt have a hairdryer, but we borrowed one from the front desk. There is a deli across the street for snacks, coffee, eggs. A bar and social club down the block. Very clean, nice new marble-type tile in bathroom, bathroom sink outside of bathroom, great for getting ready fast.

Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Large mini-fridge and microwave. Helpful staff.
Only issue: intermittent problems with hot water

Staff was nice room was simple and clean bed was hard but not thier fault i guess

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. A few blocks from the boardwalk. Across the street from a convenience store and many restaurants within walking distance.
