I liked we had a small balcony on the side of the building, did not like the divider wood wall as we had to stand up to see the ocean.

We arrived really late and just appreciate such clean cozy place to settle for the night. The ocean is right in front of us. The walkway by promenade is quiet but safe. Can’t ask for more. Would love to come back when we visit seaside next time.

I would not say this room had an ocean view. One third was a parking lot with a large backhoe, one third was a tree and the center was mostly sidewalk, sand dunes and sky with a sliver of ocean.
It is in need of noise insulation. You can hear every step of your upstair neighbor and their bathroom fan and or jetted tub.
My toilet was clogged which questions the cleanliness of the bathroom.
All this for 2 adults and a dog for over $300 a night.

We're so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. Please understand this room is ocean facing and the ocean itself is viewable over the grassy dunes. A higher floor would have only given more view of the sand itself, not the ocean. Please contact the hotel in the future if you wish to guarantee a higher floor room. We truly hope you have a wonderful day!

It's only getting a 3 star because our first night was decent, the view was great, and the front desk staff was great upon check in. The next night we ended up next to people smoking everything with that wafting into our room, other neighbors with 5 dogs who barked all day and night. We did let the front desk know about both but nothing was done. The smoke alarm started beeping at 3:30 am. Talk about not getting any rest. The beds are are the pillows are cheap and flat and there isn't any AC, No breakfast, no hot tub, not even a water dispenser. At almost $600 for two night we expected better definitely not a mediocre with okay service, sleepless, uncomfortable getaway.

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. Please understand, as no one had informed the Front Desk of this issue, we were unable to address it accordingly. There is a limit on 2 dogs max per room, with no reports of a guest with 5 dogs total in their room with us the nights you stayed with us. Our property is also non-smoking, and we would have appreciated it if we had been informed if a guest was smoking on the balcony or patio as described, which would have allowed us to address it with the person in question.Our property does list we do not have AC, as many buildings in the Oregon Coast are not built with it in mind due to our cooler climate, however we do offer big box fans to help for that need, nor was the whirlpool bath listed as a hot tub. We're so sorry you did not enjoy our amenities regarding bedding and the like. We hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

This property is advertised as Oceanfront, which it technically is, but there is a wide natural landscaped area and a pedestrian walkway between the rooms and the ocean. If you are on the 1st floor, you will have walkers and bikers traveling past your patio door. There is no railing between the patio and the walkway. We had a two bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom room with a kitchen. The room was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not. The towels were fluffy. The kitchen was stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, and a dishwasher. There were even taffys left on the table! TV's worked great and so did the gas fireplace. There are some good breakfast places within walking distance. There is parking on site, but it is tight. The staff was wonderful!!

We loved having a balcony where we could sit and enjoy looking at the ocean, the short walk to the beach and the central location to other attractions in the area.

Inn at the Shore, Seaside Oregon
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsReally enjoyed the stay here. Ocean front right on the Prom. Location is much quieter than being in the heart of Seaside. About a 10-15 minute walk to the city center depending on if you like to meander or not. Very nice 2 bedroom suite, can sleep 6. Well equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals or just snacks. Keurig coffee maker with coffee and hot chocolate pods provided. Would definitely stay here again.
